Mike has been involved with Youth Baseball since his daughter first signed up to play in 2014 and has coached in NKB since 2016.  In 2019, he started Charge Baseball, to focus on developing youth baseball players in both a fun and competitive environment. Mike grew up just across the river in Norwood, Ohio and graduated from Norwood High School in 1999.  After which he attended the University of Cincinnati and began his pharmaceutical/management career with Walgreens.  He has worked for Walgreens for over 25 years and currently holds the position of Store Manager, Pharmacy & Retail Operations.  He and his wife, Pam, moved to Camp Springs, KY in 2011 where they still reside along with their daughter, Payton, and sons, Cole and Case.
